Gretchen Bryant

With more than a quarter-century of experience in the mortgage industry, Gretchen's professional journey has been nothing short of remarkable. Beginning her career in Operations as a Loan Production Manager/Senior Loan Processor, she has since transitioned into the role of Mortgage Loan Originator.

Gretchen's roots trace back to the picturesque town of Orange City, nestled in the heart of Central Florida. Her educational path led her from DeLand High School, where she proudly cheered for the Bulldogs, to the attainment of an Associate of Arts Degree in Business Administration from Daytona Beach Community College.

Beyond her thriving mortgage officer career, Gretchen takes on the cherished role of a loving mother to her son, Neilson. Her family extends to two four-legged companions as well, with a beagle named Daisy Mae and a German Shepherd named Avalanche.

In the rare moments of leisure, Gretchen finds joy in activities such as playing pool, graceful ballroom dancing, and the serene escape of the beach.
