We also are permitted by law to share non-public personal information about you with non-affiliated third parties with which we contract to market our own financial products and services or financial products and service that we jointly offer, endorse, or sponsor with the non-affiliated parties.

Any non-affiliated third parties we employ for any of the services described above must provide us with a written agreement that prohibits the third parties from disclosing or using non-public personal information about our customers other than as is necessary in the ordinary course of business to carry out the purposes for which we disclosed the information.

Sharing of Credit Information with Affiliates
