Qualifications
Active mortgage loan originator's license (Required)
2+ years' experience as a FL or GA licensed MLO
Must be driven, motivated, self-starter with a history of sales success
Experience in proactively soliciting and sourcing new business thru realtors, social media, and networking
Entrepreneurial spirit and drive to earn high income
Demonstrate deep knowledge of mortgage programs and processes
Familiarity with MS Office, LOS, and CRM Software
People and communication skills, ability to maintain client relationships
Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze financial information.
